Personalized Private Cooking Classes
All our personalized private whole foods plant-based cooking classes include a free recipe consultation session to enable us to select recipes tailored to your tastes. These dynamic classes are hands-on and take place in the convenience of your own kitchen. Once we have created your personalized cooking class menu, we will send you a shopping list so you can purchase the ingredients ahead of time, and be ready to get cooking as soon as your instructor arrives!

- Plan to Succeed (3 hours) - the basics to set yourself up for success, such as a trip to the store to learn how to select healthier products, identifying harmful products in your kitchen, how to prep and store fruits and veggies on shopping day so they will last longer and be ready to eat, how to set up a plant-based pantry, how to keep an updated shopping list to avoid “temptation shopping”, and how to menu plan and strategize cooking for the week.
