- 4 weekly scheduled phone check-in sessions per month (30 - 45 minutes each)
- 3 instructional sessions per month, either in person or online (1½ hours each, may be scheduled in the order desired)
- Unlimited text message and email support
- Additional materials such as worksheets and curated recipes
